The Boler frame is painted
After grinding some of the welds smoother, I painted on the POR-15. It's pretty interesting stuff; it dries quite quickly, and it doesn't clean up with Varsol unless it hasn't dried at all. My small can went two and a half times over the frame. I did two full coats on all surfaces, and a third coat just on areas that I figured might need an extra layer of protection.
